These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Airport Towncar & Limo Service ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website, submitting a reservation, or engaging our transportation services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide pre-arranged chauffeured transportation, including airport transfers, corporate travel, events, hourly charters, and long-distance trips. Service availability may vary by date, time, and location.
2. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment
- Rates are provided by quote or confirmation and may vary based on distance, duration, tolls, parking, wait time, stops, and peak demand.
- Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, damage, or overtime beyond the quoted service window.
- We accept commonly used payment methods; payment terms will be communicated in your confirmation.
3. Reservation Policy
- Accurate trip details (pickup/drop-off, date/time, passenger count, luggage) are required to ensure proper vehicle dispatch.
- For airport pickups, flight tracking is available when airline and flight number are provided.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of safety concerns, policy violations, or unlawful activity.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
- Standard cancellations should be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time unless otherwise stated in your confirmation.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full fare plus incurred fees (e.g., parking, tolls, wait time).
5. Wait Time, Stops, and Overtime
- Reasonable grace periods may apply depending on service type. Additional wait time and extra stops may incur charges.
- Hourly charters are billed from the scheduled start time until drop-off and vehicle release.
6. Passenger Safety and Conduct
- Seat belts must be worn where required by law. No smoking or vaping in vehicles.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only where legal and safe. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- We may terminate a trip without refund if passenger behavior jeopardizes safety or violates policies.
7. Personal Items
Please check for personal belongings before exiting the vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating them.
8. Service Interruptions and Delays
We strive for punctuality. However, events outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues) may cause delays or require substitutions. In such cases, we will communicate promptly and work toward an appropriate solution.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
